Tring Allotments, Duckmore Lane
Having once rented an allotment I know the hard work and commitment it takes to keep fruit and vegetables safe from pigeons, insects and the plot free of weeds. I admire those growers who maintain their plots year after year producing impressive quantities of quality food and plants.

The Akeman
A lovely bar and restaurant with outdoor area, welcoming friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Located in the heart of Tring on Akeman Street, a great place to meet friends or just enjoy some quiet time after a walk around the town or the beautiful Tring Park located just a 10 minute walk away. They are also dog friendly and my dog always manages to get a sausage from my delicious full English breakfast that I occasionally treat myself to.

Tring Park Bench
Every time I walk around Tring Park I always take a moment to sit on this bench and admire the peaceful view from this elevated position. I have spent many hours here sometimes sitting from sunset into the darkness just enjoying the peacefulness and calming effect this location has on my mind. The sunset from this location can at times be spectacular. At dusk you can watch the rabbits running around and feeding on the grass just yards in front of the bench sometimes unaware of anyone watching them.

Street Art
Wall painting on side of PAMS sandwich shop in Tring High Street, Hertfordshire. Never mind the artwork, they do a great breakfast sandwich and my dog refuses to continue past unless she goes in to say hello and usually gets a treat off the lovely people who run the place.
